Meet the Team!
Susan Downing is the author of Bradykin Is Celebrating a Birthday Tradition with You! She resides in Hanover, Massachusetts with her husband, Denis; her children, Matthew and Megan; and their magical Coton de Tulears, Bradykin and Bailey.
Birthdays have always been a distinct part of her family's traditions. Susan feels fortunate to have the opportunity and creative ability to enhance the celebration of a child's birthday, which creates lasting family memories. Susan received her bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Fitchburg State University. She has more than twenty years of mortgage-lending experience. She has a reputation for strong professional ethics, integrity, and exemplary customer service. Her sales and management skills and overall experience have been great assets in the development and marketing of Bradykin.
Susan and her family make an effort to volunteer at Boston-based Cradles to Crayons, which was founded in 2002. The mission of the organization involves providing children--from birth through age twelve who live in homeless or low-income situations--with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school, and at play (http://cradlestocrayons.org/).
Matthew Downing is the chief marketing director for Bradykin. He will be graduating from Archbishop Williams High School in 2015 and will then attend college to obtain a business degree in marketing. Matthew has been instrumental in the development of sales and marketing for the Bradykin product line. Although his current focus involves advancing the sales and financial objectives of the company, he has also worked closely with overseas representatives regarding product creation in China. When he is not studying or working, Matthew enjoys his time on the baseball field or volunteering for Cradles to Crayons in Brighton, MA.
Megan Downing is Bradykin's dynamic creative specialist. She is entering seventh grade at Hanover Middle School. When she received her real-life puppy, Bradykin, it meant the world to her. He was the best birthday present she had ever received. Megan's job involves using her creativity to help her Mom sell the Bradykin birthday kits. In her free time, she loves playing sports and volunteering at Cradles to Crayons.
